As a certified Senior Fitness Specialist, Coach Tiff understands the unique needs and concerns of seniors. Our specialized programs are designed to cater to individuals aged 60 and above, ensuring safe and effective workouts that promote strength, flexibility, balance, injury/fall prevention, and cardiovascular health.
